Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
The Singapore government offers a variety of grants to assist local businesses in adopting technologies in order to assist them in growing, innovating, and improving productivity.

Funding Assistance
The grant covers qualifying project costs such as third-party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and internal manpower costs.
As announced in the Singapore Budget 2021, the enhanced maximum support level of up to 80% will be extended from 30 September 2021 to 31 March 2022.
For unique circumstances, the highest support may be increased to 90% for businesses that have been adversely affected by COVID-19.
Who can Apply
To be eligible for the EDG, you must:
- Be registered in Singapore and operating there
- Have a minimum of 30% local ownership
- Be able to start and finish the project on a financial basis
How to Apply
- We are pleased to assist you with the grant application or any questions that you may have on grant application.
- We will guide you through the process of preparing the project proposal and any required documents
- Apply for the grant through the Business Grants Portal with your CorpPass.
- From the time you submit your project application, a complete submission usually takes eight to ten weeks.
- If you are awarded the grant, your company will receive a Letter of Offer (LOF)
- Reimbursement of funds after completion of project
